Allan Lucier is a retired RCMP office.  On September 11, 2001 Allan was responsible for RCMP communications which extended from local updates to interactions with the North America Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD).  In this capacity Allan provided vital information to the Whitehorse Public and maintained active and open channels with the decisions makers of the day.  This “inside the operations” perspective will provide a unique window into the events in Whitehorse. Since 911, Allan and his family have lived in BC and Ontario, and now reside again here in Whitehorse.
