We are located in beautiful Whitehorse, Yukon, Canada. All orders are packaged and shipped from here, meaning that delays may occur due to geographic isolation.
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order is ready for pick-up or has shipped. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam or contact us for confirmation.

Local Pick Up
Skip shipping fees with free local pickup at the Yukon Transportation Museum!
After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready, along with instructions for pick-up.
Please have your order confirmation email with you when you arrive at the museum.
Shipping in Canada
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We ship using Canada Post.
International Shipping
Currently, we offer shipping on selected items to the United States of America and the United Kingdom. Shipping charges for your order are automatically calculated and displayed in your cart. Occasionally we may experience issues with international shipping — please contact us in the event of any error or omission.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. Most shipping options include a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your order. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@goytm.ca with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and Exchanges
We cannot offer refunds.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these situations on a case-by-case basis, and we will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution for everyone involved.
